With 10 million visitors every year it's the most famous park of the Netherlands. The Vondelpark is named after the famous Dutch poet Joost van den Vondel.
It's located in the south of Amsterdam, just a five minutes walk from the Leidseplein and in walking distance from the Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum and Van Gogh Museum.
