The stadsschouwburg (Municipal Theatre) is one of the oldest theatres in the Netherlands.
The building has an interesting history. Acts, musictheater shows and dance can be seen here. It's also home to the Toneel (stage) Group Amsterdam. There are plans to expand in the near future.
